18c Inquiry

The government has announced an inquiry into 18C and freedom of speech in Australia. Now is your chance to be heard. Submissions must be lodged by 9 December, 2016.

It’s easy to do. Simply fill in the form below and I’ll add your initials and suburb to my comprehensive submission.

We all want to see the ‘anti-discrimination industry’ go. It is not stopping real racial hatred such as calls for jihad against Jews and ordinary Australians. However, it is tying university students and conservative commentators up in years of costly legal proceedings.

This inquiry is a good start and it is vital that you make yourself heard if you are concerned about taxpayer-funded ‘Thought Police’ touting for complaints against ordinary Australians. It will only take 30 seconds to sign my submission.

It makes three key recommendations:

  1. Abolish the Australian Human Rights Commission.
  2. Repeal S.18C and S.18D of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth).
  3. Enforce existing criminal laws prohibiting incitement to violence.

Repeal S18C and the Australian Human Rights Commission

Mr Ian Goodenough MP
Chair
Parliamentary Joint Committee into Human Rights

Dear Mr Goodenough,

The Australian Human Rights Commission and S.18C of the Racial Discrimination Act have failed Australians. Instead of protecting us, this organisation and the law it administers is silent in the face of real racial hatred. Even worse, the Australian Human Rights Commission and other anti-discrimination bodies operate as political police forces targeting ordinary Australians for their political views.

I support recommendations to:
- repeal S.18C of the Racial Discrimination Act,
- abolish the Australian Human Rights Commission, and
- enforce existing criminal laws prohibiting incitement to violence.
