June update
The last month has been difficult – I have had to move my family to protect their safety after a homosexual activist bandied our address about with Islamic organisations.
But it’s good to be back in action.
Legal update
I am fighting off three $100,000 fines for expressing my beliefs. And the person who lodged the complaints has offered my address to Islamic organisations…he’ll also get to keep any fine.
Legal update: an initial victory
I write today with some very good news. On Friday I was facing what was possibly the first of many hearings to determine whether the expression of my Catholic beliefs and political views in regards to homosexuality are unlawful. And I faced a fine of up to $100,000 for each complaint and the prospect of being ordered to apologise for my beliefs. The potential consequence for failing to apologise is imprisonment for contempt of court....
Into battle, backup required
I have not written much lately. It’s not by choice. It’s a direct result of legal terrorism that has been unleashed by the High Commissar of Australia’s Thought Police, Gary Burns. He complains that I incite others to hate him. I disagree. I think he does that all by himself. Anyway, he’s lodged so many complaints against me with the New South Wales Anti-Discrimination Board that I can’t keep up. I know of 13 confirmed complaints, but...
Over 22,000 visits in June – thank you!
I am greatly appreciative of the response and interest shown in this site during the month of June. Thank you so much. There were over 22,000 visits and many tens of thousands more page views. It is a great result for a little webpage in only its second full month of activity. I would like to thank the many thousands of Australians who have provided me with their support and encouragement, or who have contributed financially over the...
Defending Catholic bishops – Part 1
Collectively, Catholic bishops have been a failure for the last two decades.
Geese of the Week – 31 May 2013
It’s time for the weekly update on who has been a goose. And there has been so much goosey behaviour this week. It’s almost too hard to choose. Eddie McGuire and Adam Goodes could both have taken top spot, but yes, they have even been displaced in the goosiness stakes. Unfortunately, it seems like a flock of geese has descended upon Australia in recent days. So here goes… Number 3 – Sam de Brito Sam De Brito...
2013 Federal Election
Many people have provided great support over the last few months. Many have also encouraged me to run in the 2013 Federal Election. I thank them for that support and encouragement. I will be making an announcement regarding the 2013 Federal Election on Sunday. I hope that, regardless of the decision, I do not let my supporters down. More importantly, this decision is based upon my duty to God. Christ is our King and His Blessed Mother...
