The hoops aren’t working

If you want to join the Australian Defence Force you need to have a medical history that can gain the tick of approval after being subjected to this medical questionnaire:

There are several hoops to jump through and anyone suffering from gender-dysphoria should be identified in this questionnaire if they answer truthfully.

It seems pretty obvious that the hoops aren’t working…

  1. keep at them Bernie – I was a Recruiting Officer for the Navy and I’m sure that these mental illness cases should NOT have been accepted and that they must have lied to get in and therefore they are defrauding the Commonwealth. The commonwealth is also guilty because they have allowed them to stay in the ADF and leech off us Taxpayers. This story will go very deep and to the top brass in the ADF!! Go get em Bernie

  2. I have it on reasonably good authority that the moral in the ADF is not very high ATM. Personnel are beginning to think the ADF is being used as a social experiment. If this gender stuff gets accepted by the public in the ADF, then it is open slather in the broader community. This is our Australian defence force, not a social yardstick for the rest of us.

    • Agree I am no longer but still have senior contacts in who are dismayed with the direction being taken but dare not breathe a word about. ARA Infantry was the last Corp to capitulate to the gender nazi’s and only because Inf PESA was suspended for 2 years. I am reliably been told there is a massive retention problem partly due to deployments being rarer than rocking horse excrement but also to what they are being forced to do. There are sub standard females being passed out due to the policy, I am reliably informed of one occasion that one ARES Inf officer should have never been give the tick on her ROBC but was.

SF can’t rest on their laurels they will be the next campaign. Though they are more open minded in my experience I tipping they will be forced to pass out sub standard candidates the same way SOI has had to.

Watched someone who came out of the closet wrestle with the idea till she accepted the fact, till she accepted the fact it was messy. Defence despite its words shuns Veterans with PTSD but will bend over backwards for trans recruits who obviously have deeper seated issues from outside. They have their priorities out of whack…

  3. Not only would truthful answers on the questionnaire identify gender dsyphoria; post sex reassignment surgery SRS, many studies have identified the need for psychiatric and somatic care after the alleviation of gender dysphoria through SRS. Here is one of the longterm cohort studies:

“Persons with trans-sexualism after sex reassignment SR have considerably higher risks for mortality, suicidal behaviour and psychiatric morbidity than the general population. Our findings suggest that SR, although alleviating gender dysphoria, may not suffice as a treatment for trans-sexualism and should inspire improved psychiatric and somatic care after SR for this patient group.”

“Long term follow-up of Trans-sexual persons undergoing Sex Reassignment Surgery: Cohort Study in Sweden” Published Feb 22 2011.

The ADF will not only have to pay for treatments to ‘alleviate’ gender dysphoria but also the needed psychiatric and somatic care post SRS.
