Statement regarding Federal Court decision in Gaynor v Chief of Defence Force

Last Friday the Federal Court overturned the former Chief of Defence Force’s decision to terminate my appointment as an officer in the Australian Army Reserve.

There are many people I must thank for their support over the last three years. I am now looking forward to working with the Australian Army to see the Court’s decision put into effect without delay.
